So far he's put out there that * is a leader who wants to put "bold" goals out there and the Rove crafts "great policy" that is well thought out. I really believe that these people have confuses with policy and governance with PR campaigns over the past 6 years. Appearance over substance always.

What was his last official position? What is his job now?
Wasn't the last we heard that he was "doing" the midterms?

5. perhaps the Dems in control
need to take a long, investigatory -- no rock left unturned and all that jazz -- look at Rove's "role" in Government. If he's "crafting policy" without having been elected by the People, that's not a good thing.
