Expert discussing Bush's legal authority on The Guy James Show today
John Quigley, professor of law at The Ohio State University will join us today to talk about whether or not bush has the constitutional authority to send more troops into Iraq for more than 60 days. He claims that the Congress may, at any time, pass a resolution ordering the President to bring troops out of a conflict.
