Poll question: Poll: Would you meet with this president?

Scenario: You have been recognized for some achievement or event, and invited to the White House with six to ten others for the usual photo op and award ceremony. How would you respond, given there would be a small amount of (local) publicity in the lead-up to the meeting?

4. IF ALL my expenses were paid, I'd go and IGNORE the psychopath.

If he offered a handshake, I'd ignore it. If he put his hands on me I'd tell him "Don't touch me."

If they didn't pay ALL my expenses, I'd refuse to attend.

7. When Bush ran in 2000 I was working at a hotel in West Palm Beach

where he was to appear. (The Palm Beach money was invited). I was a secretary there, Scooter came in the last day to finish up preps. Much background and "weeding" out of attendees. I liked Scooter, very professional, was happy when I mentioned how nice, well mannered and smart the boys were that had to do the pre-work. He asked if I was going to attend as I was helping him figure out the copy machine. I smiled at him and quietly stated "Good God, no" and then walked away. Funny, he didn't chat me up anymore after that......LOL
