O'Reilly stole microwave from the Colbert "green room"?
Just heard this on ABC morning news. Said he wanted it as a "memento". What a petulant sore loser! I hope this is on other news shows with a wider audience. Classless jerk to the nth degree.

6. well, I'm sure Colbert meant it in a practical joke type way
while O'Reilly is just a brat. and not original. couldn't he have maybe brought something for Colbert to cook in the microwave, or something to make a point in a cute, gracious, less scurrilous waah-waah way?

8. It was on the tv news
I'm not sure if there's a link, it was just part of their conversation about the show (morning casual banter timeframe)

10. If true, I agree
can't say that O'Reilly was doing something evil and "unprecedented" if Colbert did it first to O'Reilly ... either one doing it would be stupid (and illegal, to boot) ...

14. alright here we go, from article in thread a few above
this one. I swear that the newspeople said O'Reilly, tho, so maybe he did take it back when he went over for his taping, or maybe the news messed up and now people think it was just O'Reilly. I wonder what is the significance of the microwave though?

"t may have been a greater error allowing Colbert into the Fox News headquarters, located near the "Colbert Report" studios in Manhattan. There, Colbert smuggled a microwave out of the green room, a bounty which he proudly displayed at the conclusion of his show.

A spokesman for Fox News confirmed that Colbert stole the microwave, but said it was all in good fun."

18. Colbert stole the microwave, O'Reilly did not steal one back.
Now do you still think Colbert was a petulant sore loser and a classless jerk to the nth degree? Or has something magically changed your mind about this.

21. He didn't steal the microwave--the microwave is happier with Colbert
it gets to run around and do whatever it wants to.
