How do you begin to educate somebody who knows nothing about what's going on?
Why has nobody in her life ever mentioned these things to her? Why does nobody else at work ever talk about these things. Why do so few people anywhere talk about them?

Sorry. It's just so frustrating that nobody cares.

and was promptly given the nickname "spooky". The "it can't happen here" mentality is strong, even among Liberals.

Politics is enough to make anyone want to pull their hair out and that's why most people give up on it and know so little. If you care enough about this country and it's future then you will have to slog through the maze of it all step by step, just like the rest of us.

Another thing you should know, if you don't already, is that our media is corporately owned and thus corporately controlled. The media whores are not telling the truth because it does not benefit the bottom line aka the almightly dollar. That is another reason you don't find people discussing what is happening in this country right now-they simply do not know what is REALLY happening.
