Juan Cole on Iraq... new article

This was just published in the Metro Times (Detroit) today.

It's a great read, albeit depressing. His best case scenario for Iraq doesn't sound great. His most likely scenario sounds pretty awful.

Note that he says we're spending $2 trillion on Iraq, and only a fraction on Al Qaeda. He says this proves where the administration's focus is - they use rhetoric to say its on Al Qaeda, but it's not.
