3. Rumsfeld left 246 TONS of high explosives in an unguarded
warehouse after the invasion, which, surprisesurprise was looted by Iraqis. One pound is enough to do enormous damage. I don't know how much they used here, but they have plenty of explosives left

4. They may have, but methinks the US/coalition may be behind much
of this destruction. Maybe even renegade special ops. Iraq was a beautiful country before we bombed it and placed sanctions on it beginning in 1990. i find it difficult to believe that Iraqis of any stripe would do this to their own country. It has to be foreign militia or coalition related. The Iraqis, although split into religious factions, were always a proud people and proud of their identity as Iraqis. Saddam didn't destroy Iraq, we did.

Iraqis are killing each other every day. Blowing up police stations, military recruitment centers, schools, markets.

Before we toppled Saddam, the Sunni Muslims were ruling the country as a minority. They aren't happy the Shiite (many Iranian backed) are now basically in control. Sunni Muslims are trying to push the country INTO civil war to make us leave and regain power.
