You'd have done that if the thread title was "I like baseball."

Perhaps someone will be kind enough to provide it.

It's not a reference to anything. That's the point.

18. No specific thread.
Sometimes it has a title in the pic that says something to the effect "I have no idea what you are talking about so here is a bunny with a pancake on its head"

27. It's just an oft-used comment here....
It's become well-known enough that the picture alone
conveys the message to many of us.

It is, "As long as I have no idea what you are talking about,
here's a bunny with a pancake on its head".

I myself have replaced the pancake bunny with Enoch Powell on a pogo stick (see below)
but it hasn't really caught on, LOL!

is a huge distraction from our real problems.

34. unwarranted harrassement of a fine, upstanding liberal who champions the
causes of the liberal democrats IS A REAL PROBLEM.

It's merely another brick in the wall.

and poverty is a far more serious thing to discuss rather than the McKinney speculation.

that this stupid bullshit surrounding Rep. McKinney.

But I guess since liberalism is dying even at DU that puts me in the goddamn minority.

by making new threads when there are plenty of existing McKinney ones, and possibly moving a child poverty one off the page?

36. So why not rid this discussion forum of talk of all progressive politics?
Just make it a DC gossip corner.

You're right. Talking about politics doesn't accomplish anything.

snort snapper stories that are fed to us to frenzy and feed on overtake many more worthwhile issues. I've seen it happen here for a long time, but I suppose it's like that on any forum.

No one should be above the law. If I struck the starving children, I'd be arrested, and so should she.
