and the arrest warrant.

This is a wonderful mugshot.

How much influence do you need to be able to take a mugshot like this?

Imagine a world where crimes are stopped BEFORE they happen.

Think of it as Preemptive Criminology.

The fear of technological advancement in the realm of predicting the future has been promoted by Tom Cruise (before his current distasteful incarnation) as a dubious machine that can think for itself or break the time barrier.

Our present situation is much more human driven and on par with technologies such as the Borg and Cylons. A human/technological hybrid is much more plausible as a technological advancement in the near term.

We have the capacity right now to prevent these criminals from corrupting our government. Let me explain.

I knew that DeLay was committing crimes WHILE THEY WERE HAPPENING, and I live 3000 miles from the scene.

In the future, should I just call 911?
