AZ-08 Jim Kolbe (retiring)
CA-50 Duke Cunningham (resigned)
FL-13 Katherine Harris (running for Sen.) (lets face it, shes doomed no matter what she tries)
ID-01 Butch Otter(running for Gov.)
IL-06 Henry Hyde (retiring)
MN-06 Mark Kennedy(running for Sen.)
NE-03 Tom Osborne (running for Gov.)
NV-02 Jim Gibbons (running for Gov.)
NY-24 Sherwood Boehlert (retiring)
OH-04 Michael Oxley (retiring)
OK-05 Ernest Istook (running for Gov)
TX-22 Tom DeLay
WI-08 Mark Green (running for Gov.)

Senate
Bill "Cat-killer" Frist - Tennessee
Bear in mind, this is just a list of people who we know for sure won't be back. Obviously I want that lis to be way bigger on November 8th :D

Definitely don't put that one in the win column for us yet.

All the Senate and Governor candidates seats are listed as open

...he's running for Senate. If he wins, he'll still be a part of the 110th Congress.
