I know what you are feeling. I was tempted to ask that question myself after a thread of mine was locked but someone mentioned that if you voice your opinion about the moderators they would lock or erase the thread. Sometimes I think is not about the "moderators" but those who "alert" the moderators, if we don't alert moderators there is nothing we can do about it. The venues are open to voice your opinion but only if you contact the administration privately. Have you contacted them with your concern?
About the second link, it is about the "source" of the report cited. If it comes from "unreliable sources" or it is something resembling a "conspiracy theory" they will erase it within minutes. I once posted something about the first lady not sleeping in the WH because of ** having an affair with Condi and it was erased 10 seconds later. I posted again thinking it was the site going mad but I received an e-mail from the moderator asking to stop posting the scandal. Other people posted something similar and I noticed it would be erased after the 3rd response.
I can't believe the racist thread that Cleita mentioned in an earlier post is still up but I am glad someone put the OP in her place. I still think she doesn't get it, she keeps "flip-flopping" and making it seem she is concerned with immigrants but she is just a bigot. She was called on all her racist threads about immigration. I can't belive non of her threads are being locked but I guess it is up to us to alert the moderators and maybe give examples of prior biggoted threads.
Mis dos centavos.
