3. It's always sounded to me that he doesn't adequately prepare

for his speeches or think things through beforehand. Nor do I think he reads his briefings, or if does, comprehend or remember what he reads. He uses a lot of metaphors and cliches, but doesn't always understand their meaning or remember them. Maybe he's mentally-challenged in some way and it's hard for him to put his thoughts together. Idiot, in the classic medical term? No. But a major league bullshitter, fraud and arrogant asshole? Absolutely.

with probably the least distance to go and the least capability to be wildly exotic. Anyone whose intelligence(even without drugs) festers on lies of self-entitled power becomes an idiot. The fact that real big things happen when he gives orders is his sole hold on connecting reality to his thoughts.

The escalation of idiocy when running up against other minds, reality, challenges to power, powerlessness
is usually awesome to behold. In Junior it simply is pathetic and difficult to assess because of past performance even when things were going his way.

Full Nero mode, because Nero was not so much nuts as a swollen narcissist. Not Caligula because Caligula was certifiably and quite possibly medically, mentally disabled. And Nero, as bad as his talents and judgment were, probably was more intelligent.

Of course, idiocy: bumpkin, mind-blasted, incapable, IQ challenged, stupid is defined a little more harshly. I think he is incompetent enough to simply cease functioning on sustaining or implementing most policies without dependable help. Hasten that day. If his rants and orders cannot be disregarded then he needs to be removed. Impeachment of course is the shirked legislative duty of every American official. Not to initiate that is kind of idiotic in its own way too, cowardice in the face of self-entitled supremacy.

7. If they won't impeach for torture, maybe they'll "relieve of command" for incompetence. . .

. . .if they are unable to confront the truth head on -- that Bush has turned the United States into a war criminal nation -- perhaps they'll go for impeachment on the grounds that Bush and Cheney have proven themselves incompetent to command and therefore must be "relieved" of that command.
