I can't believe how many people don't know the federal minimum wage, and the disparity.

2. Seems a bit too simplistic and disingenuous.

It comes across as saying, "These people are shocked--SHOCKED, I tell you--so you should be, too." Bull shit; no one tells me what my opinion is.

Isn't using Fortune 500 companies as a standard a bit misleading? Aren't they the "richest" companies in America? How about using the pay of short-lived, new-hire CEO's who are brought in to increase a company's profitability but end up doing a terrible job and getting fired but end up with a ridiculously large compensation?

How about using the weekly/monthly/yearly income of a person who works 35-40 hours per week at or near the minimum wage?

Make the comparison be between people who work hard at a job and people who ruin companies.

This video is about as impressive as a commercial for a lousy morning radio talk show on a music station (they all suck, as far as I'm concerned).
