Also, Dodd speaks after White House meeting.

There were at least two rats in today's mess; one was McCain and the other was John Boehner.

Here's some relevant considerations:

1.) McCain was the last to speak today and he spoke only for a few minutes - saying NOTHING substantive;

2.) McCain admits today he has NOT even read the three page report;

3.) Tenn. Senator Bob Corker was asked by David Gregory on MSNBC today, "How many Republicans are on board for this bill?" Sen. Corker said they have at least forty votes - plenty to pass the bill since Democrats have WAY MORE than 10 Democratic Senators willing to vote for this bill!!!!!

4.) I contend that McCain called a favor or two in with his buddy John Boehner;

5.) Republicans know they have plenty votes to pass the bill, along with the Democrats;

6.) This is TOTAL THEATRE - TOTAL B.S. by John McCain.

7.) I believe McCain is trying to delay or eliminate Palin's debate with Biden, because the McCain camp KNOWS THAT is going to be a DISASTER!
