1. Very moving

I served during the first Gulf War.
It is very hard on both the families and the soldiers because you just never know how long you'll be there. (First Gulf War less than a year. This debacle four years and counting)
The angst that families feel everyday fearing the worst.
The strain on the soldiers being in the combat zone.
It's very difficult.

3. It's beautiful. However, as it pertains to our soldiers in Iraq...

I wish it did not say "You're what I'm fighting for."

Because our soldiers in Iraq are NOT fighting for me. They should never have been sent there, and we need to bring them home now.
