1. What the H is that guy talking about? Abortion ISN'T settled
Every year, there is a legislative initiative going on in at least a dozen states. Every year, there are cases they try to push up to the SCOTUS. And if McCain were somehow to get elected, they would get that one last vote to overturn Roe.

The guy is a complete moron to take up that argument. It may be settled in the minds of most Americans, but it most certainly is not settled in terms of the continuing assault on our laws and judiciary.
