I LOVE NAOMI! Her book is the most mind-opening thing I've read in decades. It puts everything that's happened in world events into perspective. I now know what the root cause of all the problems that we've recently just experienced. It was the culmination of Raygun's free market bullsh**. That mantra MUST DIE! As Naomi said in the interview, we must make the defense contractors afraid, very afraid. Cut the budget for the military. Put Blackwater out of business and prosecute the over-the-top mercenaries. Take the money and put into healthcare and education. Let's get the alternative energy sector some seed money, too. And then the US will again show the rest of the world what a true leader is and does. I agree that there is a 'celebrity', super fan culture around Obama now. But I think it's an outgrowth of everyone's hope that someone can take the first step away from free trade and make it fair trade.
