5. Yes, I wonder why they didn't do that. It seems pretty obvious of
a thing to do for most and any attorney involved would pretty much realize the same thing. How could you not realize it?

3. Just another Texas two step shuffle.
Innit strange that this should come from the reddest state in the union. Just consider it the first step in the pardoning process. yes they should have waited a couple months if they were serious. At this stage they have given Herr. * plenty of time to pardon these criminals. Does anyone think for a N.Y. second he will not?

One of their news guys has been investigating the death of a Stern show regular, that died in one of their privately owned jails. I half heard it while sleeping so I wasn't sure I heard correctly.

After all shrub cannot pardon anyone not accused by someone. Its the law.
