as a moderate, tell me how pumping $$ of our money into a company that has failed because of it's OWN DOING, how that helps this country. we consumers have made our choice about what products we prefer. that is the way it works here. does anyone here think we will start buying chevys now because we feel sorry for gm? yes, we absolutely must do everything we can to prevent the crisis from worsening, including providing long-term help to those who lose their jobs. however, giving money to the morons who have run and ruined gm is stupid.
