1. The NK are smart. If nothing else they're extremely intelligent.
Tap into the war market and have this major long range missile sorted...quality stuff.

2. The Korean Threat is arguably even more inflated than the
... soviet threat ever was. Pack up the tanks and get the hell out ot Korea, and NK will cease to exist within a few years. If we stop pulling our bullshit in Korea we could start an honest discussion about how NK is only existing due to the chinese, and that that help could be stopped anytime, if we are willing to make strategic concessions to china. which we totally have to anyway.
