2. It wasn't dangerous for the country in 2000....Newty...
Edited on Sun Apr-12-09 08:07 PM by AlbertCat
To have the Judiciary decide WHO WAS PRESIDENT? Or was it?

Or that Judiciary decision way back when "colored folks" got to use the same bathroom as the rest of us. Or do you think that has ruined the country Newty?

Make up your mind!

(looks to me like the Judiciary's OK when upholding the constitution, not trampling it with strange singular decisions that are never to be referred to again)

Oh....and why is it AMAZING, ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, that the supreme court of Iowa uphold the state's constitution?

Even the "liberals" on this show are ridiculous!

3. "Danger from Judiciary" so it's supposed to be done by legislation in a political system
that does what money tells it to do and then the legislation has to pass judicial evaluation, unless Newt would just rather that the courts stay out of it entirely.

One wonders what limits Newt would place on politics. If people put representatives and senators in office who decide to fund Public Abortion Providers . . . oh wait a minute, we don't have to go that far. Hey Newtie, What if a state decided to legalize medical marijuana, should the courts stay out of it?

4. P.S. His talking points are fodder for a "Let's elect our judges the same way we do our legislators"
group that's out there because it is supported by ChurchCo U.S.A. in coalition with anti-Tax (read that Cecessionist) groups like Americans for "Prosperity".

7. Even Howard Stern,....
in his book Miss America, was freaked out by Newton as a family values advocate. That's saying something....

8. Now courts advocating equality and human rights amounts to "the fix is in" . . .???
Who's watching this crap with five white males in black suits --
and one female -- didn't notice what network it was but forces are
pushing to try to make Gingrich relevant -- again--!

He's an experienced and adept propagandist for the right!

9. Where's Candace Gingrich, when you need her?
She was on KO last week, discussing this, obviously disagreed 180-degrees from her brother. And we know how the MSM likes to provide "balance..." :eyes:

10. "The Fix is In" ,... I'll bet they used those very same words
Edited on Mon Apr-13-09 08:16 AM by SlingBlade
when Fat Tony and the Supremes appointed Bush in 2000
What a great idea that was :puke:

Imagine the last eight years under a Gore Presidency
In some alternate universe perhaps this is the case :)
