I was aware it was fake. My point was that the title was annoyingly desinged to sound catastrophic, and that it actually does take a moment to decide whether something is a spoof or not. That's a moment I hate spending that way. Excuse me for living and having an opinion. Would you have believed the headlines about trillions of dollars in bailout money before the crisis hit last fall? Plenty of people on this board are already freaked-out enough; humor stories titled as though they are real news are annoying as hell. Yes of course, the first thing I did was look for the Onion logo. That's AFTER I saw the title and thought "WTF?" You might enjoy that moment. I do not. Others on this thread wanted the thing pulled. Argue with them; I just wanted the title changed so as to waste less of my time.
