I would call this a justification of suspension of Habeas Corpus, and this program has been pushed into many school districts with the help of the Bush family and friends.

I love the way the Bush family uses that exclamation point. I will never forget the bright red Jeb! signs all over Florida when he ran for governor. Nothing on them but JEB!
