I think Gibbs handled it well with the Canadian PM's comments - basically asking if Cheney is, in fact, scared of shaking hands with Venezuela - 'The U.S. Is Bigger than Venezuela' - spot on. I am starting to think that in fact Cheney is a little bully-shy - maybe he was trounced in elementary school - but the best way to stand up to bullies is to face them head on - in control. Not waiting for them to do 'the next thing' to provoke.

5. I wish he had referred to darth as "the former vice preznit" over and over again.

He did it at the onset, but then he referred to him as "the vice president", which makes him sound important as though we should care what the criminal has to say.
