3. Lawyers don't give orders.

I am horrified that people think that you have to torture to get information. A good lawyer knows how to get information (and how to avoid getting information) from people. The reason you have so many bogus lawsuits is that some lawyers either avoid proper investigation techniques or don't know how to how to ask questions.

I'm also shocked that psychologists would think you have to torture to get information.

There is absolutely no excuse for torture.
