are 80+ million gun owners in the U.S., 3. Democrats as well as members of other political parties are gun owners, 4. I doubt very seriously that a march or demonstration permit would be granted for an armed march on D.C. but an unarmed march seems reasonable, 5. it is the right of members of the unorganized militia to march on D.C.

The clip is probably a spoof designed to elicit responses like this thread but such a protest would have merit if it demanded congress do its duty under the Constitution "To provide for organizing, arming, and disciplining, the Militia" because the unorganized militia, with the exception of very small state guard groups, is neither organized, nor armed, nor disciplined.
