I agree with most of her sentiments but how can we assist with the building of schools, hospitals and roads if we pulled out and let the Taliban take over Afghanistan by force? The Taliban want to take Afghanistan back to the misogynistic/genocidal stoneage they oversaw pre-invasion, anyone who thinks otherwise needs to http://video.google.com/videoplay?docid=-4201322772364661561">watch this.

The problem has been that there's not been enough troops to hold any taken areas, until now. Bush dropped the ball big time and it's been left for Obama to sort out this continuing catastrophe once and for all.

3. "sort out this continuing catastrophe once and for all"
Once and for all.

Is that like the war to end all wars? (Which was quite a few wars ago...)

4. Nope
I didn't mean it in that context. The phrase "you break it, you pay for it" also comes to mind.

Food for thought here: http://www.democraticunderground.com/discuss/duboard.php?az=view_all&address=385x322631
