- I've recently been told that I should show more sensitivity for the religious beliefs of others. Apparently that was to be accomplished by not pointing out in the clearest of terms why biblical stories are more often than not, a load of hooey. Because as you'll see below, this story about Noah and the Deluge is 100% hooey.

So that leaves the only way for me to show sensitivity is to lie -- to myself. Because the act of omission, or the failure to tell the truth by remaining silent, is still lie. But lying is a sin in their religious view. However, they gave me no instructions on what to do about that. So lying to one's self must be a requirement for showing religious sensitivity, I guess. I'll take the truth over sensitivity. Every time......

"The great enemy of the truth is very often not the lie, deliberate, contrived and dishonest, but the myth, persistent,
persuasive, and unrealistic. Belief in myths allows the comfort of opinion without the discomfort of thought." ~ John F. Kennedy

2. Well the 'religious' show no sensitivity for others,
in fact they actively make a nuisance of themselves, so I wouldn't worry about it. ;)

3. Yeah, I know.
But what can you do?

- I mean, there are laws....

Hey, here's another conundrum I hadn't thought of until I saw this pic yesterday, If Noah gathered two of every kind, I suppose that had to include insect, right?

So what did the termites eat????

6. That was so awesome on so many levels.
Give that man a Standing Ovation...I will never understand why people want to believe in such nonsense.
