YouTube is Blocking Biden's Meet the Press Interview but not Cheney's

I've tried adding the Biden Interview on Meet the Press since over 12 hours ago but YouTube seems to be blocking it, there's no other versions of it on YouTube either. It doesn't turn up http://www.youtube.com/results?search_type=videos&search_query=biden&search_sort=video_date_uploaded&suggested_categories=25,29&uni=3">in any searches but Cheney's Meet the Press interview is http://www.youtube.com/results?search_type=videos&search_query=cheney&search_sort=video_date_uploaded&suggested_categories=25,22,23&uni=3">all over YouTube.

Here's the part of Biden's interview on MTP I uploaded over 12 hours ago, notice how it only has 16 views and the "Related Videos" aren't related at all:
