I've seen the baby seals slaughtered.

It makes me ashamed.

My support during the last decade has shifted to the more radical organizations opposing the slaughter.

The video tag lies. None of those were baby seals as baby seals have white coats. Every time an activitist lies, and year after year we hear the same lies about seal hunting here, it makes the rest of us on the left look bad so try to get your facts straight before you accuse people of something illegal like hunting baby seals.

So, baby harp seals can be harvested at two weeks, once their white coats are gone.

Fortunately, the opposition and boycotting of the seal fur trade has resulted in a situation where seal hunters are expected to take a small fraction of the allowable harvest because only one of the traditional four fur purchaser is going to buy furs.
