Taken from the YouTube description:

A flashmob infiltrates the Westin St. Francis hotel in San Francisco and performs an adaptation of Lady Gaga's song "Bad Romance." The event was organized to draw attention to a boycott called by the workers of the hotel who are fighting to win a fair contract and affordable healthcare. Lesbian Gay Bisexual Transgender Queer activists put the song and dance together as a creative way to tell the hundreds of thousands of LGBTQ people from all over the country coming to San Francsico in June for Pride to stay out of the boycotted hotels.

1. They should protest in front of the hotel my wife works for
Been there over 5 years, no raises this year, changed how they accrue vacation time without any written notification, and after 5 years she makes .50 cents over minimum wage to clean 16 rooms in an 8 hour day.

Health insurance?

Forget it, it would be 40% of her monthly income just to cover herself.

3. Sadly, no union
The hotel was bought by an investment group that probably wanted to flip it, but they took over just before the economy dived so they're squeezing every last penny they can because they're stuck with it.

7. If protests and boycotts were always that creative and entertaining, Unions would get a lot
more support from the public, if only to see what they came up with next.

Great idea! They got their point across AND they were not tossed out on their ears, immediately upon opening their mouths. Priceless.
