For those of you who say "this law doesn't affect you, so don't talk about it" STFU. It will affect everyone eventually.

This law is unconstitutional in more ways than one. The constitution of the United States does not permit "development of a patchwork of state and local immigration policies". Meaning the federal law is the ONLY law that can be enforced when it comes to illegal immigration.

The law also profiles, and Arizona themselves will admit that as I explain. Enjoy!

2. One small comment

If I can add one comment, you mention that these conservatives can not understand the loophole about skin color. That is simply not true, they understand it, they just do not give a shit because they do not think it will affect them. These teabaggers and other scumbags are so quick to wave the flag and talk about how they love freedom, but as soon as the cops actually do something that is demonstrably unconstitutional and goes against all of the things that they pretend to stand for, you hear jack shit.

In short, these conservatives, teabaggers and other fucktards are against essentially anything that happens while a black democractic president is in power. If they really were true to their beliefs, you would see them objecting to this law, but the ideals that they are so quick to quote are consistently contradicted by their actions.

Justin, keep up the awesome work. I have not seen one video of yours yet where I was was not amazed at how intelligent you are and how articulately you make your points. Looking forward to more.

9. I like your video, but must make

a slight correction. The law does not allow the direct enforcement of itself to be the "lawful stop" part. Another separate law must be broken first.

"IN THE ENFORCEMENT OF ANY OTHER LAW OR ORDINANCE OF A COUNTY, CITY OR TOWN OR THIS STATE WHERE REASONABLE SUSPICION EXISTS THAT THE PERSON IS AN ALIEN WHO AND IS UNLAWFULLY PRESENT IN THE UNITED STATES,..."

Sorry to break your argument, but the law is pretty clear about this. That is not to say that enforcement of some petty law would not be used for the stop and thinly veil a profiling situation.
