Ed Schultz is "Fired Up" about the prospect of having John Boehner as Speaker of the House if the Democrats lose in this year's midterm elections. Watch as he exposes the lies, insanity, and downright foolishness of John Boehner and the GOP.

Pathetic, and makes me think this country is hopeless. I believe we've passed the tipping point in ignorance. Frightening yet interesting experience to be on the U.S.S. Titanic with the iceberg in plain sight but heading full speed ahead for it anyway.

4. Tax cuts for the rich
I guess my question is, if the tax cuts for the rich are so necessary to save America, why didn't they save us over the past 2 years? This is not a new tax cut, they want a continuation of the tax cut that has been in place for TEN YEARS. By their very own "logic" - we should have never had an economic crisis in the first place because the tax cuts for the rich would have "created jobs" through trickle down.

How can anyone buy this garbage?

5. Buzzword Alert!
"Ya'll are playin' this WASHINGTON GAME..."
Suddenly after 12 years of controlling Congress and 8 years in the Whitehouse, the Gops don't represent the Washington establishment which the Democrats have been shoving down our throats for as long as anyone can remember.

6. you can almost see his eyes glaze over
when certain words are spoken.

Anytime anyone starts talking by saying "Listen...", you're about to be fed a line of bullshit. That word "listen" is a trigger word to begin regurgitating what one has learned by rote. That's why he couldn't answer the question because once he says "listen....", the script gets engaged and off he goes.

The fact of the matter is that David Gregory (douche) should not have let him get away with not answering the question. Making faces isn't going to do it. He should have been trying to snatch a knot in his ass over his answers.

7. I would like to see Gregory
or any other interviewer say to boehner or any other pol that won't answer a question,
"that's it.If you won't answer the question, we're moving on". Cut their mic and video feed
and comment on the fact that the pol has no clue about reality or is just a big fat liar.
I know it will not happen, but a guy can dream.

8. Snatching the Mic when they refuse to answer
Edited on Wed Aug-11-10 09:11 AM by AC_Mem
Excellent idea. It is completely obvious that they he is refusing to answer the question because he would have to admit that he is a hypocrite.

It's amazing to me that they will get on television and try to defend this garbage. All they have been screeching about is "how are you going to pay for this?" and they have obstructed everything in sight based on that argument. Then you get to tax cuts for the rich and they are suddenly very quiet on how it would be paid for - but we should still pass it because it will save the nation.

No intelligent reason, just talking points that circle round and round the issue.

Call them out!!! Ask them if the tax cuts will be paid for, MAKE them answer the question with a yes or no. If they refuse to answer, then it's a NO (their favorite two letter word anyway) and end the interview by stating that the representative refuses to answer that yes, the tax cuts will be paid for and how they will be paid so we must assume that they will NOT be paid for and will add to the deficit.

DEMOCRATS - USE THIS FROM NOW TILL NOVEMBER!!! The GOP is handing you a gift with a bow on top.
