Rick Perry continues to prove that he's willing to say or do anything in order to further his political career. In his first TV ad of the general election, Perry featured two small businesses without the owners permission. Both small business owners have asked for the TV ad to be removed, but Perry won't comply with their request.

Perfectly fine it seems for Rick Perry to utilize whatever shots he wants without consent.

Then you get a concerned citizen filming a BP location, or the Federal Reserve, or any other number of privatly owned locations from a public sidewalk or venue, and suddenly its an issue. The camera is sometimes confiscated, and the person filming is almost always intimidated.
