9. We were 4 blocks west of this

as the parade rolled out of the Science Museum and there were two nasty trees that WE had concerns about. Everyone negotiated these no problem (+a street light). This is a common thing at the parade. We watched in front of Starbucks/Lowe's/Krogers last year and they had two lights in one block to negotiate so we (our kids and our friends kids) got to see balloons 3 feet off the ground.

Did you notice the electrical wires immediately past the signal lights? Had the deer maneuvered past the lights- it could very well have ended up in the electrical wires- and that would have been far worse.
