2. The quickest way to reduce the defict- stop the wars!

...cut the defense budget. Most of the US debt is defense related. The foreign balance of payments deficit is the root of most of our economic ills and the 800 plus military bases in the most isolated and god awful places in the world are inefficient and super expensive. Stop the endless proliferation of US bases and wars, and things will start looking better economically immediately, except for defense contractors and the idle rich who live off treasury interest. The more wars, the more foreign bases, the more treasury interest and the more defense contractor dividends.

4. It really doesn't matter

what the American people want. At all. It simply doesn't matter at all. The PTB are maintaining the illusion of a democracy but this illusion is wearing mighty thin. Every legislative action taken is in the interest of maintaining the oligarchy. This could not be more clear.

Example? Since signing the tax cuts cave bill the media has been 100% cheerleading. But the American people know the social safety net will be compromised because war spending is a greater priority to TPTB. This is the main reason the people want to get out of Afghanistan. But you will NEVER hear it in the media, NEVER.
