Wonder why the South Koreans haven't released the portion of the footage which shows the Chinese trawler colliding with the North Korean Coast Guard ship?

this will go to the Admiralty Court, and that is evidence.

Part of quite possibly a criminal investigation.

The other answer... as you well know, things are heating up.

3. Nothing about a Admiralty Court precludes the release of video ahead of time
However, I would doubt it is going there. It requires acknowledgment of jurisdiction, which I doubt would happen.
