2. He did a good job. But, why didn't he question the "job creation" of the wealthy.

That bugged me. He should have been all over the sending jobs over seas. Almost all of the wealthy are not job creators.

We have data from 2001 to show that the job creation of tax cuts to the rich is a myth. In fact (I wish I could find the data again but I will look for it and post it here), the amount of foreign investment from the US has skyrocketed since the Bush's tax cuts. In other words, the tax cuts for the rich create jobs in China, India, etc. and it moves the capital from the US to other places.
