See they never called the segment you watched news, its commentary on the news which can reflect the commentator's opinion. But them again is it right to call someone who illegally crossed the border and someone who went through the effort and many denials required to obtain a green card immigrants? btw am not calling for the deportation of illegal immigrants, its just that its a bit unfair to use the same term as those who have gone through the process to obtain legal status.

no nation can be considered sovereign when it defaults on its borders, Fox is just playing the old divide and conquer, semantic wordplay game to distract

I truly fear the solution, if and when the corporatists choose to finally enforce the borders and attempt to deport the 25 plus million illegally immigrated (or undocumented if that is a term you prefer) will be the flexing of a police state surveillance society that will make all previous ons pale in comparison. This grid of monitoring will then be turn on the American citizens themselves, and many will gladly accept the yoke, all in the name of order and security.

It is a lose/lose situation, unless the illegally immigrated simply self-deport, as a few have, due to economic forces, but the numbers of voluntary deportees pale to the numbers already there, and the more arriving daily.

Amnesty will cause a huge additional flood, as soon as the deadline is announced, as will family re-unification. You then will have at least 50 million of woefully undereducated, low wage, low-skilled, linguistically and culturally separated workers competing with the native citizen workforce for jobs that are rapidly drying up as it is.

As long as a false left/right paradigm exists politically, with one side in want of lower and lower wages for all Americans, and the other simply seeing immigrants as a built-in client base of votes and social support demands on a state apparatus they champion, nothing will change for the better.

The illegally immigrated are simply pawns on a multi-level chessboard of globalism and its effects, when practiced to absolute profit ends with no regard to the sovereign nation-state's internal underlying socio-economic needs.

Add in the police state schema and you have the classic "Problem - Reaction - Solution" or "Order Out of Chaos" that has served the power elite so well since the days of the Sumerians and Pharaohs onward.

A fence, no matter if it was designed to keep wolves out, irregardless of intent, also keeps the sheep in.

3. Why don't we insist that our government reform immigration ...

Both the Republicans and the Democrats are playing political games with immigration in order to attract votes. By playing this game both parties allow their corporate masters to profit from treating undocumented workers, especially Mexicans and people from central and South America, as slaves to underpay and mistreat.

Sneaking into our country is often dangerous and an estimated 6000 migrants have died attempting to cross our border since 1994. Many have also been robbed or raped by gangs that prey on migrants or by the "coyotes" that lead their group.

Chances are that those we elect will continue to use migrants as pawns in their childish political games. The people we elect kiss the ass of Big Business and Big Business wants to increase profits by using slave labor.

Fox News is an oxymoron. This is the network that refers to "whistle-blowers" as "conspiratory traitors to national security". If you want to be spoon-fed propaganda controlled strictly by the interests of it's wealthy owners, then, this is the entertainment network for you. Listen to National Public Radio if you want to hear news that hasn't been severely censored by the corporate interests of the wealthy. FOX is television for the intellectually challenged right wing who are being controlled by the corporation and for the corporation owned by the wealthy.

9. fox logic is pretty much an oximoron

Propaganda is just BS made up for a purpose....which defines this sleazy network pretty well. This witch is the epitome of a propagandist...and she'll be held accountable one day. Her views are only safe inside her walls of that studio.

Granted...millions more think like her...but they are weak minded, angry, hateful low lifes, such as herself. Sad.....really sad what our country has sunk to. Thanks fox, for all your help.
