"In the past year, we have witnessed a large amount of unfortunate events. We have witnessed internet censorship, violence towards unarmed civilians, corrupt governments and companies, corrupt politicians, torturing of those that are believed to be guilty, and the silencing of media and the people.

However, we have also witnessed sparks of revolutions around the globe, social network sites explode with people around the world speaking against censorship, protests over many unfair events, and corrupt governments and companies fall to their knees in embarrassment.

Today, we have witnessed America come alive. We have been watching the actions of San Francisco.

Blocking communication of cell phone devices is unacceptable.

The Bay Area Rapid Transit has decided that blocking cellular communication is the correct way to scare off protesters.

To the Bay Area Rapid Transit,

By performing this action, you have not only threatened your citizen's safety, but you have also performed an act of censorship. By doing this, you have angered Anonymous.

To the people of San Francisco,

We invite you to join us Monday, August 15th, at 5pm, for a peaceful protest at Civic Center Station."

6. Didn't those BART people realize that someone

might really need their cell phone to call 911? It's one thing to go into an area that doesn't have cell phone service, it's quite another to go into an area that you know has service, and it's not there.
