12. Palin Syndrome griping Perry.....
Tell you the truth, Perry will be sounding stupider and stupider as his campaign continues. :+ I think he's started suffering from the Palin Syndrome, honestly. Just listen to him keenly, and you can pick out some gibberish and self-contradictory statements in his own explanations. He becomes lost in his own statements and fights to get himself in track again to what he's trying to say. This is weird, very weird. AND the audience applauding with so much zeal. I guess half of them didn't even understand what he just said. This Perry guy is on a political suicide mission....and he just started to realize that Big League Politics is not as simple as he thought 6 weeks ago. :+

4. it doesn't really matter whether it's man made or not. It's happening, and we need to do all we can
to help the planet stay balanced, instead of making everything worse as we are wont to do.

5. How stupid
does one need be to be a governor of Texas? Why is this one indistinguishable from the one who stole the 2000 presidential election? Are they manufactured on assembly lines in China and them imported duty free to the one state that is rapidly becoming uninhabitable do to climate change?

8. Correct me if I'm wrong, but...
doesn't somewhat contradict himself at about 1:19 where he talks about China's and India's emissions affecting us all because we live in a ball? I'm paraphrasing, of course.

11. yes he did contradict himself w/ China and India's
..... Greenhouse gases effecting the climate so it must be O.K. for us to still produce greenhouse gases
because we live in a big ball and that emissions will impact the world and blah blah blah

Through the use of ice cores we have data that can track global CO 2 levels for> 400,000 years .....
this is known science and anybody who wants to debate those facts is either a fool or a paid idiot for hire.

BTW because of some of the universal gas laws it has been known for more than 200 + years
that the more CO 2 in a body of gas the more heat it will hold.

BTW part 2 for any Freeper or troll please go and check out if what I have posted is true or not.

13. Transcript of Rick Perry's comments on global warming
I recorded this video of Rick Perry talking about global warming at a Town Hall Meeting in Hampton, NH. Glad to see it is getting out there! A transcript of his comments can be found on my blog, New Hampshire Primary 2012: Green:

15. Welcome to DU, Mr. Green
Thank you for the transcript, but they don't read any better than they sound.

Mr. Perry did not answer the question, which pointed out that the scientists he cites in a dispute of global warming aren't experts in the field of climate science. He continued to answer the question based on the proposition that a scientist is a scientist is a scientist.

Anthropogenic global warming is an established fact. I do not assume that those pushing the antithesis really believe what they are saying. They aren't scientists, either, but most often industrial polluters who profit from the status quo. The fact that Perry's audience of low information voters applauds his comments only shows how successful their effort to catapult propaganda has been.

Whether Perry believes this nonsense or not is another matter. Politicians are no longer part of the ruling class. Very few are noble enough to pursue their duty to represent the interests of the people at large. The rest are at worst useful idiots to the industrialists and financiers who are today's ruling class, or at best cynical prostitutes who service the ruling class and rationalize their loss of integrity by saying, "Well, it's a living."
