3. They speak my mind. My school is now routinely in violation of federal law

in that we do not hire subs (like we did in years past) when the Sp Ed teacher has ARDS to attend which results in Sp Ed students not receiving the time required, by federal law, in Sp Ed classes.

Many years ago when they actually still enforced the regs - unlike today.

The crap they are getting away with is just unbelievable.
