I'm loving this guy. He's well spoken, seems well educated, the type of person I would love to just have a conversation with. I'm glad we have this guy representing OWS.

3. What's odd is that...

I like some of the things Ron Paul says as well, he seems honest, and has been saying the same thing for years. A bit of a change when compared to the current crop of politicians which will lie directly to your face by simply dancing around your question. /shrug

6. Ron Paul is very deceptive with his speech...

When he refers to "freedom" & getting rid of BIG GOV what he means is States, not individuals, should have the "freedom" to do as they wish! Basically a return to pre-Civil War America where States can set up Theocracies & discriminate against those who do not comply with the State! Way too many folks get wrapped up in his foreign policy rhetoric & legalizing Cannabis & do not look at who this man really is! Not to mention he use to have a news letter that pushed racist ideas until he got national attention & claimed he knew nothing about what was being written in HIS news letter! Ron Paul could be very dangerous if enough naive people got behind him! It says a lot about how misinformed many in this country are when it comes to politics. Seriously. to see Ron Paul supporters at OWS just goes to show how utterly ignorant they are to who Ron Paul is...Ron Paul has said on numerous occasions corporations can regulate themselves!! I seriously doubt the majority of OWS thinks the problem is over regulation...Except the disillusioned Ron Paul supporters!

2. he's got the banking crimes part down, great, but I agree with mitchtv, he sounds like he wants to

eviscerate federal spending, but seems to lack the component for grasping we need the top wage earners to be taxed fairly in a capitalist society where they make m/billions so that the poor and disabled, the children and the elderly are cared for humanely.

4. Not sure..

But I do like the logic behind giving states more control over SOME things. I make sense that we would be able to have more control over how our government operates if for instance I only had to worry about Missouri vs. Missouri all the other states. Now, don't get me wrong, there are pro's and con's to this. Some things the federal gov. needs to handle, like national infrastructure for instance, and our military, but those items would need to be addressed one-by-one.

But in general, I'm much happier seeing this guy interviewed over Joe The Plumber.
