15. It's not just the fact that he's stupid, he actually is stupid
enough to think that Americans are stupid enough to vote for him.

2. I'd say 90 percent of the folks here on DU
are more qualified than every Repub candidate for President.

Seriously frightening at how stupid these people are.

4. He Actually Thinks Those are Good Answers
and his supporters apparently do too. It might even work for the primary season. But if he is the nominee, those answers are going to look pitiful as the nominee, especially in the debates.

Cain might be one of those candidates mentioned by another poster who said that many Republican candidates didn't even have a full campaign strategy and organization. He seems to be pretty much flying by the seat of his pants, believing that being a CEO and a regional Fed board member gives him the background to manage the country. If he does get nominated, however, he will all the GOP campaign managers, spin doctors, and think tanks at his disposal. I wouldn't expect him to be giving these answers nine months from now.

17. His Economic Advisors, Which He Refused to Name,
sound like they are CEOs and other executives. However great their business acumen, however, executives are rarely good macroeconomists. Paul O'Neill was one of the few who could operate in both worlds.

5. Of course not.....
The GOP will never nominate a black man. Sorry to put it so bluntly, but it's the simple truth.....

6. In a multi-person race, all you often need is just 20% of them.
Of course, the racists will simply stay home in the General Election, which is why even if Cain wins the primary, he's toast against Obama.

7. When have Repubs ever required brains in their president?
Listen, I hope Herman Cain gets the nomination. I really, really hope he does. I don't want to talk him down. Let's save it up til next year.

I want him to get the nod because Obama won't have to spend a dime to defeat him and he (Obama) can stop taking money from Wall Street and other nefarious influences.

So turns out I am one of Herman Cain's biggest supporters!!! LOLOL!!!!

14. Cain's only value - entertainment
People like him because he is amusing and states his nonsense positions with complete confidence. It is sad but some people are taken in by anyone who can deliver their message and seem 100% confident in it. They don't look beyond this.
