He might except a Doctors Proscription but Doctors cannot give those for Medical Cannabis.. Only Recommendation..
All the access points for these Patients to get Medical Cannabis are illegal and Obama wants it that way..
He says it to your face in this interview..
Many can say he supports this issue.. But watch listen and pay attention..
Obama is very well known to say one thing but really means something entirely different than what we are lead to believe..
