Scarier than any of the Paranormal Activity movies, that's for sure. (Hey, your house can't be haunted if you don't have a house.)

1. I thought that was the plan
sell, foreclose and sell again. Sell, crash the market buy
back at distressed prices.

4. "POTTERVILLE"
They played this on MSNBC a couple of days ago and
one of the people said it sounded like Potterville
from "It's a Beautiful Life".

You take people who own homes and foreclose and let "investors"
(yes, the people with all the money to spare) buy them up and let
the "people" (the original owners) rent them. This makes the poor,
poorer and the rich, richer.

After I heard that I figured that Romney's popularity would go down
the tubes.

This guy is in la-la land!!!!!

5. So let me see it I have this correct...
Investors made money through their proxy the banks by artificially inflating the housing market and creating derivatives and hedging their bets. After that whole endeavor crashed the investors who made money off the last scheme can now use their proxy the banks to make even more money by foreclosing on the people they duped, snatching up the homes for next to nothing with their ill gotten gains, and then rent them out to the losers. Then when property values stabilize they can make money again by selling on the up market.

You have to admire how airtight that scheme is. This is why the majority of people in this country don't own shit. Capitalism has become a game of economic musical chairs where the 1% control the music and never have to leave their seat.
