1. It's a joke. But it's a funny joke.
Herman Cain is far and away the most entertaining of the GOP candidates. His real mission is to show us that a successful businessman is STILL not cut out for politics, and thus end the lunatic idea that we need to elect people only because they're NOT politicians.
