4. the solution to that is

they be forced by state law to identify themselves as a non-medical care facility and they must declare their business as a faith-based counseling facility. It must be stated plainly in the doorway of the facility and in any type of advertising that the center does for itself that it is not their intention to provide medical care, but to offer proselytizing to convert to a particular form of xtianity. If that is the truth of what they are doing, then how can they recoil from the truth of what they are? Isn't truth the basis of their so-called faith?

If they are not providing medical care, then women need to understand within 10 minutes of encountering them that they will not be receiving anything like medical care from them so they are not wasting their precious time and energy with buffoons.

so that argument falls on its face.

If they have a certain number of "patients" and they come there for "counseling", then they should have to be licensed and monitored by the state like a psychiatrist facility, which has a number of "patients" who come there for "counseling". Period. They should not be allowed to hoodwink people who are looking for a specific type of care by lying about the type of facility they are and what they provide.
