My son had to sing the song in his kindergarten Christmas show. He did it, but he was not happy about it. His best friend wore a mini Santa suit, but I don't remember which song he sang. Maybe Santa Claus is coming to town? It was all adorable, though.

Come to think of it, why was his public school kindergarten class having a Christmas show to begin with?

I have a Jewish friend who once wondered aloud to me why every grade's music class had to turn into the Mormon Tabernacle Choir every December. (Her son goes to private school, so they still get to have music class.)
