3. It's still not over though. The project could still happen. Basically
it's still up to the San Diego County Board of Supervisors to approve or reject the project. They are to vote on it sometime next year. Concerned citizens should send e-mail to the five San Diego County Board of Supervisors. The property is in Dianne Jacob's district, so the other 4 will probably defer to her decision on it, but nothing is for certain. Their contact information is at:
